  • All shipments will be delivered through Aramex shipped from the vartys warehouse in Dubai.
  • Shipments will be delivered within 5 working days for GCC and 7-10 working days for International.
  • Once AWB (Air Waybill Number used to track your shipments) is generated by the shipping department, customers will be intimated by registered email and mobile number.

  • International orders can be delivered by either Aramex or Post Office subject to client’s discretion. Charges will apply according to delivery option.

We work with the best Domestic Shipping within GCC, carried out by ARAMEX Courier at a flexible shipping rates based on the country and the weight of the order purchased. Estimated delivery time is five (5) working days after dispatch date. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline only and do not take into account possible delays caused by external factors or stock availability. Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes.

RETURN POLICY

A full refund is granted for any item that you are not completely happy with or when you return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
The best quality control measures will be taking place in order to guarantee that you receive our products in excellent condition, however since your order is being shipped to you from as far as Europe, we suggest that you check your item(s) as soon as you receive it and notify us within two (2) days of receipt in case you realize any irregularities or damages, as to ensure a hustle-free replacement. After this time window, we cannot accept the faulty item(s).

In order to return your order, you have to fill in the return form.

All items must be returned with all of the barcode tags intact. Your items should be in their original packaging. Any shoes returned must not be worn, and must be returned in their original box.

All returns must be made by courier companies and delivered to our headquarters. We reserve the right to refuse returns sent by post.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEM?

We’re sorry about that! If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact info@thevartys.com with a photo of the damage or incorrect item as well as your order number. We will be sure to rectify the situation as soon as possible!

CONSEQUENCES OF REVOCATION:

The customer is in charge of returning the product. In case of an effective return, both sides have to reverse their share in the state of receipt. Any product with visible wear and tear will not be exchanged. The customer has to pay the costs of return.

HOW CAN I RETURN ITEMS RECEIVED AS A GIFT?

Please email us at info@thevartys.com with the purchaser’s full name and the names of the items you’d like to return. Item that are received as gifts are only eligible for an exchange or online credit.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We are not currently able to offer Exchanges. Instead, all items should follow the returns process, and a new Order placed for the replacement items.
